Summary: Add the translation of JSPWiki into Bulgarian (bg)

Part of JSPWIKI-1325.
Add Bulgarian (bg) as a language of JSPWiki:
* the resource bundles CoreResources_bg, templates/default_bg and
plugin/PluginResources_bg (about 700 strings),
* a jspwiki-wikipages module bg with the 38 core wiki pages, listed in
jspwiki-wikipages/pom.xml and jspwiki-bom/pom.xml,
* its code in the LANGS list of TranslationsCheck and in the list of
WikiSyntaxConverter.
java TranslationsCheck bg compares the keys of the bundles with the English
ones.
Please take this issue only if you speak Bulgarian, or if someone who does can
review the result.
