FYI, for some of the projects I help maintain - what may be helpful is to create a bit.ly link and the update the slack invite used by the bit.ly link periodically. This way you don't have to constantly update the webpages with a new invite link.
I still sometimes screw up and forget to update Bitly but it does help reduce the times we have those messages.
