Hi everyone, JB and I have been working to update the Iceberg Summit proposal. The proposal doc that JB already sent out (here <https://docs.google.com/document/d/16Yapd4yVqQdNJ3TVbwwtPtavJEOnRUNQ7eBxXsE5rYA/edit#heading=h.dah4ccqi30az>) is now up to date with the committee that was selected by the PMC.
Thank you to everyone that volunteered to be on the selection committee! It was great to see all the volunteers and I think that the diverse group we were able to draw from will make the event a success. The next steps are for the community to review the proposal and give us the thumbs up to bring it to the ASF for trademark approval. Please take a look and let us know if anything doesn't look right. Note that the web sites probably don't exist yet since we don't have approval to use the Apache Iceberg brand until this process is complete.
