Last week we fixed <https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/6478> an issue <https://github.com/apache/iceberg/issues/6469> in PyIceberg that breaks filtering (and partitioning) on date fields. As discussed in the Iceberg sync, I propose that we release the following RC as the official PyIceberg 0.2.1 release.
