As an update, after a bit of thinking about how backward compatibility should,
I have no further issues or comments on the HCatalog side of the patch, I'm +1
on it. There is work to be done there, but not relevant directly to this patch.
It belongs more into an addendum for HIVE-5233 than it does over here. I'm +1
on the HCat side (barring some minor spacing issues, which I can fix before
committing)
