Viraj, I'm okay with the hive-side. The HCatalog side, I do have some comments
to go over after the recent refactor.
For now, I'm going to go ahead and make this bug easier to commit by splitting
it up into two sub-tasks. That way, we can at least get a commit of the PTOF
without further delay.
