Hi Everyone,

@Dave - We discussed this topic in the past weekly developer meeting [1].
We've copied the release artifacts to the incubator location & moved dev
artifacts to the incubator location.

@Paul / @Soren, The old artifacts are still under the previous location
until I can get the download links on the website working. This link
currently works:
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/grails/core/7.0.0-M4/sources/apache-grails-7.0.0-M4-incubating-src.zip?action=download

After the move, I'm assuming the link should change to:
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/incubator/grails/core/7.0.0-M4/sources/apache-grails-7.0.0-M4-incubating-src.zip?action=download

But this link doesn't work. Does the `incubator` not need to exist in the
path? If we remove the original location would it start working with the
new location?

-James
