Additionally Groovy 4.0.29 has been released, but Spring Boot Dependencies is 
still on 4.0.28.  If we cancel 7.0.0 vote and restart vote, do we want to move 
forward with Groovy 4.0.29, before Spring Boot 3.5.7 is released?
