Hi David, Thanks for this. I could not find information about flinkbot, so I feel I am missing important pieces in FLIP-518 [1]. Is it an automated process that runs regularly and take actions given some rules, or is it a tool that is manually triggered?
If I am not mistaken, once a label is available/defined in a Github repo, any user could set it manually. I guess point 1 of Proposed Changed is going to explain when/who/what is supposed to set these labels?
