Hi David,

Thanks for this. I could not find information about flinkbot, so I feel I am
missing important pieces in FLIP-518 [1]. Is it an automated process that runs
regularly and take actions given some rules, or is it a tool that is manually
triggered?

If I am not mistaken, once a label is available/defined in a Github repo, any
user could set it manually. I guess point 1 of Proposed Changed is going to
explain when/who/what is supposed to set these labels?

Regards,
Sebastien Pereira

like changes.

We hope this process improvement will

  * Encourage more people in the community review PRs, by formally
recognising reviews as contributions.
  * Reducing the workload on committers.
  *   Reducing our technical backlog.

Kind regards, David.
