Hi Tom and David,

The Stale PR message isn't a big problem, I think we could ignore it for
the old PRs.

I'm not sure if they will be closed after 90 days if some PR is not labeled
as 'stale'?
If yes, I think it's not a big problem, we could ignore it as well.
If not, we need to address it.
