[NOTICE] Documentation at ci.apache.org temporarily frozen

We are in the final steps of migrating the documentation to the new 
buildbot setup.

Because of that the documentation currently available at ci.apache.org 
will NOT be updated until further notice because the old builders have 
been deactivated while we iron out kinks in the new ones.

I will keep you updated on the progress.
