Generally, I tend to continue the vote if this is not a blocking issue for the following reasons: - As discussed in the discussion thread[1], this release is mainly to fix the CDC bug to provide a complete CDC feature. - We are still in an early stage after 1.11.0 release, so I think there will always be more issues raised.
However, I'm glad to hear more opinions. We can cancel the current RC if most people think so. Besides, we can still make it into 1.11.1 if we found some other blocking issue.
