There is another ongoing ML (

where YaDong has shared some sample code (
https://github.com/vthinkxie/flink-runtime-web) which upgraded the Flink
web UI to Angular 7.0. I would suggest we add all the new web UI features
on top of that underlying framework. What do you think?
