Chris, I still didn't get clear answer to my question. I would like to understand it in order to do this in the next release. I will try to clarify my questions:
1) Once release manager make "Last Call" - Should I remove SNAPSHOT from all poms on release branch ? 2) Should I do 1 during VOTING ?
