The “simplest useful implementation” >should contain Justin’s fix. The point is that we should be allowed to have subsets of functionality. That has been the intent of SimpleCSSStylesImpl for years. If there is a lower starting point, let's discuss what that would be. But I claim that because our examples and all existing Flex apps currently run without numeric font weight support, that said support is just-in-case and not in the minimum set for "usefulness".
