I would expect that to work, but not sure. But I think it expects to wrap those embeds with regular Flex SDK classes which are incompatible with FlexJS. Since it looked to me that more JS sites load resources instead of embedding, I focused on that. Volunteers are welcome to work on true embedding. -Alex
