Hmmm ... ok so we are currently creating something a company couldn't use due to licensing restrictions. I think this is a major problem :-(

Even then it can’t be used in a commercial application by the terms of it’s license :-( This was discussed last release, and we asked if it could be relicensed under Apache compatible terms [2] but have not received a reply yet.
