The release contains code from Apache Shindig which does contain a NOTICE file which would IMO effect ours. It also contains public domain and BSD license software that is not mentioned in LICENSE. The guiding principle is clear what needs to be done here. [1] It would be easy to add the missing items to LICENSE/NOTICE.
