Wasn’t it in that in your case permission was required as your blog name had a trademarked term in it (i.e. Apache Flex)? Permission is not normally required to use a trademark, normally you can just use it and add the right aattributition. > Joseph can read the link and decide for himself. Fine by me. Thanks, Justin
