Hi Joseph, Sounds really interesting and helpful. Thanks for doing it.
Regarding “allowances”, I think you are ok but the web site and maybe any title slides in the videos probably need to give attribution/trademark notices for Apache and Adobe for sure, probably for IntelliJ as well. I think it is as simple as replacing "around Apache Flex and Adobe AIR with IntelliJ IDEA” with "around Apache Flex® and Adobe® AIR® with IntelliJ IDEA” And at the bottom of the web page, please add: Apache Flex, Flex and Apache are either registered trademarks or trademarks of the Apache Software Foundation <http://www.apache.org/> in the United States and/or other countries, and are used with permission <http://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/domains.html> as of 2015. The Apache Software Foundation has no affiliation with and does not endorse or review the materials provided at this website. Adobe, Adobe AIR and Adobe Flash Builder are either registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe Systems Incorporated in the United States and/or other countries. You can visit my blog about page to see how the links work for the Apache notice.
