If so, try removing the FALCON_HOME and FLEX_HOME environment variables or point them both to h:\flexsdk\ApacheFlexJS_Nightly. Also, don’t set trailing slashes on the environment variables if you set them. Then, if the .bat file is still misbehaving, you’ll have to help me out by debugging it on your end. Thanks, -Alex
