If you are in a hotel, you may want to test the mirrors by trying to get to the much smaller http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/flex/4.14.0/binaries/apache-flex-sdk-i nstaller-config.xml Usually it takes 24 - 48 hours for 90% of the mirrors to get the files, then it is safe to change the installer config to point there. -Alex
