The License issue and maybe the copyright issue might be worth another RC. I definitely apologize for missing those things earlier. I’m out of time for tonight to try to reproduce RSL issue. The locale issue for Ant has been there since we started using Ant.
I pushed my guess at how to fix the LICENSE and found a few more 2014’s. I also made some mods to the README for saxon9, and tried to add CONTRIBUTORS to the source package. I’m off to bed, so feel free to make more mods. IMO, NOTICE is correct.
