See my reply to your other email. Looks like IP review may of been skipped (?) and while we not using the full repos the fact we have files that shouldn't be there in version control is some cause for concern. Can we be sure of the provenance of the files we are using? I see some files may of had Apache headers added where they probably shouldn't be. Do we know if any headers have been replaced and not reflected in NOTICE? Do we event have the files pre donation to compare with? Thanks, Justin
