I thought the only votes where vetoes are allowed are for voting in new 
committers/PMC members/PMC Chair.

Personally, I see no reason why those can’t be by majority vote, but I don’t 
think it’s caused issues either.

If you feel it should be changed anyway, I have no objections to that (as long 
as we don’t prolong the discussions on the topic) ;-)

Should we add a definition for “other topics” which would have a majority vote?
