Humm..., If I've got it, we have to use builds.a.o if we want to deploy 
snapshots automatically, otherwise it would imply one of us who has credentials 
use it in the settings.xml and everyone could see it, not very secured.
For releases and RCs, as it is done by the release manager and it is not 
automatized, it is not a problem to use its own credentials.

At least, it is what I understood.
