Please read the "Implications of Voting" section in [1] I am quoting what I think is the significant portion in that paragraph. "a vote is a formal expression of opinion, *not* of commitment." You still have not answered why we can't just link to their website instead of attempting to embed their swf? The embedded swfs do not provide any significant functionalities.
