Good question.  Actually, Jburg is downloaded and used by Falcon.  FlexJS
downloads and runs the Falcon install script as part of the FlexJS
install.  I suppose I could have inserted Jburng into the Falcon binary
package, but either way, we are modifying a binary package, and this way,
the LICENSE information is in the “top-level” package where it is more
likely to be noticed.
