The problem is that in the Falcon download.xml files, the URL is hard-coded. In the nightly builds, the URL is in a property we can override, but not in the released versions. Even downloading the current URL works in Ant, but isn’t working any more from AIR. I don’t know if that’s because of an AIR change or a SourceForge change, but my support ticket at SourceForge still hasn’t been read after 10 days. I also think I did a test and saw that such URLs like the one you posted work manually and from Ant, but don’t work from AIR. It is almost like the server sees some of the extra HTTP Headers AIR adds and automatically returns the HTML response instead of the bits. -Alex
