It was using the Installer.  No caching, was not turned on.

I installed FlexJS 0.0.2 on 9/30/2014, at around 9:30PM PST.  I installed
FlexJS 0.0.3 (Nightly) on 10/15/2014 at around 11:15 PM PST.  No errors at
all.
