As a former degrafa contributor, just a quick note to point out that the
svg path arc implementation is described by w3 here:

http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/implnote.html#ArcImplementationNotes

this is what the code from degrafa was doing and whatever variation of it
was found in svgweb.
