Personally I think we on very thin ice publishing stuff on Apache hardware which is publicly available without any license information. While a nightly build or snapshot is not an official release that doesn't mean a little care shouldn't be taken - we have compile errors, possible (minor) IP issues and missing license and it's not been tested Re 3rd party files and shapshops please see [1].
