Hi Alex,

I did some additional tests, I searched "Antlr" in http://search.maven.org/, 
from the result page http://search.maven.org/#search|ga|1|Antlr I clicked all 
the jar files, they can be downloaded with no problems.

My fellows in China, they can access and download jar files too, but some of 
them reported the access to http://search.maven.org/ is a little bit slow, but 
acceptable.

Well I think it's safe to use http://search.maven.org/ to download Antlr jars.
