Hi Darkstone,

We are trying to understand the restrictions on downloads in China. This
user is saying that the Antlr 3.3 download is blocked in China. First,
I'm wondering if that's really true. IIRC, when I was in China a few
years ago some US sites appeared to be blocked so I believe that there are
restrictions, I'm just wondering if Antlr is restricted, or just that
particular download domain is restricted and Antlr can be downloaded from
search.maven.org, for example.

I'm also wondering whether Apache Flex should bundle Antlr to get around
any such restrictions or whether that will just result in Apache Flex
being restricted in China.

Thanks in advance for any information you can provide on this subject.
