It still looks to me like two Adobe files are in FlexUnit4CIListener
(TestCaseReport and TestSuiteReport).  They are not significant, but
that's what I see.  Yes, the vast majority of the code is based on
DP-written code, but I think we have to get this right since we asked
about it on legal-discuss.
