Thanks Maurice.  FlexJS install has not been localized, but you're right
that the license dialog should show the FlexJS english list instead of
defaulting to the SDK list.  However, I could not reproduce that screen.
I'll keep trying.

Regarding test #3, did it pass for you or not?
