I don't think so.  Is BarChartLayout.as in FlexJSJX?  Then the
BarChartLayout.js should be generated by the compiler and those files
don't get run through the linter.

Have you changed BarChartLayout.as?  Otherwise I'll try to see if I have
the same problem on my end.
