I have disabled this option in Windows7, which means all programs are started as Administrator.
Nevertheless, I did another run explicitly running the Installer as Administrator, and result is the same: cannot delete temp directories. Note that each time, I download on a different folder, and folders are not located in a protected zone of my disk. If I try to delete the fold temp/ manually while Installer is running (and installation complete), I get an error: "folder used by ApacheInstaller". If I close Installer, I can delete the temp/ folder.
