I am not ashamed to accept that I cannot install the SDK(for the IDE)
without the Installer :-)  The make scripts never worked for me on my
Windows machine.

I prefer the second option.  This is how we tested previous releases.
Loading a config file from the command line is quite straightforward.

I can set this up and send the instructions if you (or anyone else) dont
have objections.
