A lot of times there are huge discussions and decisions made, code
committed, etc - all when I am sleeping.  But that does not prevent me from
posting my thoughts about what happened when I get around to catching up on
the emails.  How is this different from having an online video chat and
posting all the information (not just a summary) here on the dev list?
