OK, let's try that.  There is a chance that someone from Apache may later
say that we need a better paper trail, but hopefully not.

One important thing: Are you sure Universal Mind does not claim ownership?
 As an Adobe employee I would not be able to create my own framework on
the side without more legal paperwork and if I did it while at Adobe they
would own it.
