If it were up to me (and it isn't) I wouldn't add that section.  The
Software Grant process is probably not going to be used very often
compared to the patch submission process and I'd rather not confuse folks
about whether a patch is a donation. It is, but doesn't require as
elaborate a process.

And please, let's not be so pushy.  Chris is offering a generous donation
while he is busy doing other things, so I think we have to be patient.
And even after the software grant is recorded, the code has to undergo IP
clearance by a PMC member.  Quite frankly, I'm still doing IP clearance on
BlazeDS and don't have the cycles to work on another donation.
