Alex,
Updated the sample project.
Seems that it depends on the time duration of pressing 'F'.
The longer you press 'F' of 'Ctrl+F', the easier the new control can get
focus.
Another question, why pressing Ctrl+F in a edit control would input a rectangle
(or '-') on it?
