Probably a question better asked on the Apache Flex users list as it doesn't
seem to be an SDK issue.
Try calling event,preventDefault() like so:
private function OnKeyDown(event:KeyboardEvent):void
{
if (event.ctrlKey)
{
if (event.keyCode == 70) {
Show();
event.preventDefault();
}
}
}
