Doesn't Cordova have a workflow of finding pull requests on GitHub and then
somehow pulling them into their Apache Git repo?  IIRC, it still requires
that the requestor close the pull request at the end.  However, I think
that's about as good as it can get for a read-only mirror.  Will their
workflow work for us?
