Well, given the FalconJS donation landed in November and graduation and
release started right around then, there hasn't been any spare time.

Potentially. When I get back to dealing with the 3.x donation, one strategy
is to only donate the few compiler changes, since the compiler code is under
Adobe license. Apache owns most of the code already since some revision in
SVN was the forking point for 4.x. Really, we only need permission to add
any changes that were made to the 3.x branch that aren't already in the SVN
because there were sync'ed to the mainline.
In theory, but this needs legal approval so don't go off doing it now, all
the ActionScript changes are under MPL, so any committer can move them.
If we do it this way, we will lose SVN history at least in terms of
chronology of changes, but the code will be there.
There is also a branch of mustella for 3.x, but I think I would just run the
current mustella tests against 3.x and see if that will suffice if we just
exclude tests that fail.
But again, I'm not motivated to move on it right away unless I see folks
interested in it.
