Patch 1 reworks rte_eth_dev allocation for other ports under same PF. Patch 2 fixes secondary process initialization failure.
Patches 3 and 4 allow configuring RSS hash and key. Patch 5 updates link Forward Error Correction (FEC) to support IEEE 802.3 standard based FEC selection. Patches 6 and 7 update to new firmware 32-bit port capabilities to support more link speeds and module types.
