There are some misses and compilation issues in this series. As there is neither a support from other maintainers no strong nack, I was ready to apply this series. However after a better look and compilation issues revealed in RC2 phase, I think it should be postponed to 17.08. In any case, PMD maintainers are welcome to give their opinions.
