Before return NULL, ixgbe_flow_mem_ptr and flow should be freed, right?
And ixgbe_flow_mem_ptr should be removed from ixgbe_flow_list. Or you can move 
TAILQ_INSERT_TAIL(&ixgbe_flow_list, ixgbe_flow_mem_ptr, entries) after a flow 
is added successfully.
