My tilegx boot parameter is "tile-monitor --dev gxpci${1} --hv-bin-dir
/tilegx/tile/hv-bin-dir424/ --hvx dataplane=1-64".
and testpmd start parameter is
tile-monitor --dev gxpci0 --resume --upload testpmd testpmd --run -+-
./testpmd -c 0xffffffff -m 2048 -n 1 -r 1 --vdev xgbe1 -- --rx=1 --tx=2
--forward-mode=txonly -a --port-topology=chained -+-
but xgbe1 can't xmit any packet.
